Silence is Grey

Silence is Grey es una serie de fotografías realizada por Juan Sebastián Rodríguez Moranta. El motivo: «el fotógrafo sale a correr cada mañana durante dos años para ver amanecer en el mar de Barcelona. Especialmente los días nublados. Lleva una cámara colgada. Cuando por fin llega al mar se para y repite una foto, gris y mínima, con la esperanza, probablemente, de atrapar su propia soledad. El resultado de esos dos años son 20 fotos ‘casi’ idénticas».

Silence is Grey is a series of photos made by Juan Sebastián Rodríguez Moranta . The reason: «the photographer goes running every morning for two years to see the sunrise over the  Barcelona sea. Epecially on cloudy days. His camera is slung over his shoulder. When he reaches the shore, he stops and takes another photo, grey and minimum, hoping, probably, to capture his own loneliness. The result of these two years is 20 photos ‘almost’ identical».
